We are an online store, and all of our products are made to order and shipped directly to you from our print providers.

Do you have a physical store?
No, we operate exclusively online. This helps us offer a wide variety of designs without the overhead of a brick-and-mortar shop.

Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
Since our products are made on demand, production times typically take 3-7 business days. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location:

  • U.S. orders: 5-10 business days

  • International orders: 10-20 business days

Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we only offer standard shipping.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the U.S. and many international locations. Shipping rates and times may vary based on your location.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us at contact@fynarya.com.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Since our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please email us at contact@fynarya.com with photos of the damaged item, and we’ll make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders go into production quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to modify an order, contact us ASAP, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

What materials are used for your products?
Our apparel is made from high-quality cotton blends, and our mugs and tumblers are made from durable ceramic and stainless steel. Each product listing includes specific material details.

Will the design fade over time?
No, our prints are made with high-quality ink designed to last. Proper care, such as washing apparel inside out and avoiding high heat, will help preserve the design.

Can I request a custom design?
At this time, we do not offer custom designs, but we’re always adding new ones! If you have a suggestion, feel free to reach out.
