We know you're excited to receive your order! Here’s how you can track its progress from production to delivery.
Tracking Your Order
1. Check Your Email
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking link. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Use the Tracking Link
Click the tracking link in your email to see real-time updates on your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
3. Track It on the Carrier’s Website
If you prefer, you can copy your tracking number and enter it directly on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) for the latest updates.
Haven’t Received a Tracking Email?
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 7 business days after placing your order:

Please note that shipping times may be affected by high demand, holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking Shows "Delivered," but I Haven’t Received It
If your tracking status says "Delivered," but you haven’t received your package:
✔ Check with neighbors or household members.
✔ Look around your delivery area (mailbox, porch, side door, etc.).
✔ Wait 24-48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark items as delivered early.
✔ If it's still missing, contact us at contact@fynarya.com, and we'll assist you.
