At Fynarya, we want you to love your purchase! Since our products are custom-made to order, we have a no returns or exchanges policy unless an item arrives damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or an incorrect item, we’ll make it right!

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

📸 Step 1: Take clear photos of the item showing the issue.
📧 Step 2: Email us at contact@fynarya.com within 7 days of delivery.
🔄 Step 3: We will review your request and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.


What If I Ordered the Wrong Size or Color?

Since each item is printed on demand, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for ordering the wrong size, color, or design. Please check our Size Guide before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.


Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

Once an order is placed, it goes into production quickly. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes. If you need to make an adjustment, email us ASAP at contact@fynarya.com, and we’ll try to assist if your order hasn’t started production yet.


Refund Eligibility

✔ Refunds are only issued for:

  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Orders lost in transit (confirmed by the shipping carrier).

❌ Refunds are not issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

  • Incorrect size, color, or design chosen by the customer.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers.
